This petticoat is very light and stretchy with the elastic waist. I bought these from the convention from a indie vendor and mostly use it to layer with my other petticoats. It's a bit wrinkled from storage and in good condition. There are however some minor damage from being worn over time so normal wear and tear should be expected.
