I believe it's made by someone in Japan who had a small indie brand called 毒ノ朱 作 (Poison Red/Poison Crimson), i don't have a lot more info but I'm adding a page where these dresses were featured in a magazine. Love this dress but i never wear it and i'm sure someone will love it. I think Meta and A+Lidel have used this fabric before. There's a feeling of wear on the fabric and lace but nothing major.
