Indie brand Wa Lolita Set
This is a Wa Lolita set I purchased from Yahoo Japan Auctions a while back.
It's divided into three pieces: the patterned kimono top, patterned over skirt and red under skirt. Both skirts have fully elasticized waists. Comes with pre-tied obi, obi jime (cord tied in the middle of the obi) and hair bow. Measurements:
Obi: 46.5" long x 6.25" wide
Sleeve length: 39"
Shoulder to sleeve hem: 25.5"
Back width: 27"
Under skirt length: 38"
Pattern skirt length: 34" (longest), 21" (shortest)
Waist = 40" max
