Unsure of the brand purchased at a convention quite a few years ago and it has no tag, I believe it was a one of a kind piece from a fashion show, cute "found items" themed print
Waist ties were removed, minor stains in front stripe panel, back zipper no shirring, other than that good condition, worn a few times, better for someone on the shorter side the skirt is a little short and the waist sits high
