Black and white skirt, Alice in Wonderland themed from In The Starlight (old offbrand)

Old school black skirt with white lace and appliqué, Alice in Wonderland themed, from In The Starlight, an old western indie Lolita brand (offbrand). Skirt dates back to 2009 and has been worn several times. It is in good condition. I could not see any damage on the skirt but shows some signs of wear: the bottom lace is a bit fluffy all around (see picture). The appliqué is made of some sort of thin white velvety material so it's a bit darkened from the wear. (See last picture. Perhaps a delicate hand wash of the appliqué could remove that but I haven't tried.)
From a home with a cat. I rolled out any hair I could find.

Has back zipper, no shirring.
