I would also recommend ironing the item after taken out of the package because it gets wrinkled.
Allergy notice:
When I received the item, it had a few stray cat hairs/ lint bits as the previous owner had listed. I was able to remove them, but you might find some strays. I also own cats, but since I never wore the bolero, it mostly remained in its original packaging, away from my cats.
