Features shirred backing, elastic neckline and arm holes allows for a myriad of sizes to wear this beautiful dress. The fabric is really great quality - I've been caught in a rain drizzle before and the water beads off easily! Has flexibility to be worn alone or with a blouse underneath.

With all the shirring in the back, there is a lot of room to work with. Resting, the waist measures 28" and bust measures 32". With the shirring stretched, bust and waist together can go out to 36-38", maybe more.

The shoulder width rests at 12" across. With the shirring in the neckline, it can stretch across up to 24".
