Super cute custom skirt. Mint green with pink flowers, pink chiffon ruffle and matching chiffon belt. Comes with matching headband. 

Waist: Fits up to a 33 in. waist, might fit larger. Wouldn't recommend for smaller than a 29 in. waist.
