Description: This skirt has amazing attention to detail. The lace is well placed and the skirt has beautiful volume especially when worn with a petticoat. I wouldn't even want to sell it but I need the money for medical expenses. I paid more than double my asking price so my loss is your gain! The quality of workmanship is phenomenal. I never wore it out so the skirt has no wear. The headband has some yellowing so I am listing it at the skirts price and throwing in the headband for free.

Headdress slides along headband, and is able to be removed. Headdress is included and not factored into the price of the skirt as it is in a 3/5 condition due to yellowing. The skirt has no yellowing.
