The dress form is wearing a petticoat for display purposes and it is 4 on the size chart

This is a lovely dress and was my first dream dress but unfortunately it doesn't fit me and it and should go to someone who will actually wear it and enjoy it.
The dress is an OP with no back shirring and a side zipper under one of the arms.
Its has detachable back ribbons
For accessories, it has 
- a necklace
- a hair bow
- a clip on bow for the dress
- a lamb hair/dress clip
