NWT and too small for me. Very cute ouji shorts with pockets, gold buttons, and a notched back waistband. However, the fabric attracts fuzzies and is pretty heavy/stiff. I would say these fit anywhere from US 10 to a small 14.

Waistband is 88cm. There is no shirring.
