Purchased on LM recently, but my wardrobe is heading more Classic than Sweet, so the ice cream dress needs a new home :) It's super cute! I've only tried it on. I was told it was handmade in Japan, possibly an indie brand, but there's no tag. It's very cute and the print is crisp and clear. I added buttonholes to the straps in the back so that they could be adjustable. Full back shirring.
