I Do Declare Göndul Dress in black brushed cotton twill. This is a size XL, purchased in 2020. I got too excited and purchased the wrong size, hung it in the back of my closet and forgot about it.  There is some mild lint/dust from storage (I will hit it with a lint roller before sending it out). This has never been worn and is new without tags.  The dress is fully lined. There is no shirring.  There are sewn-in waist ties and two side seam pockets.

Extra Large/XL

• Bust: 46 Inches (117 cm)

• Waist: 39 inches (99 cm)

• Cuff at Wrist: 8 Inches (20.25 cm)

• High Cuff: 9.75 inches (24.75 cm)

• Bicep: 18 inches (45.75 cm)

My measurements:
bust = 46 inches
waist = 39 inches
cuff = 8 inches
skirt length = 27.5 inches

Please note that the modelled stock photo is the same cut dress, made in a different fabric - IDD has released this dress several times in different fabrics and I can't find a stock photo that shows it in the brushed twill.
