I Do Declare base dress in a one off swiss dot fabric.  Super soft lightweight cotton fabric with buttons up the front, the classic puff sleeves and pockets.  It's a beautiful dress but I own this cut in 5 different fabrics and I am trying to downsize my wardrobe a bit.  This is the only swiss dot version of this dress as she only had fabric to make one.  It's the perfect piece for casual looks or dressing up with a ton of accessories. It has been worn a handful of times and professionally cleaned.  Buttons are antique brass in tone.

measurements taken with the garment lying flat and doubled.  I would recommend being under these measurements to ensure its not too small.
