By buying from me, you are stating that you agree to my terms! -The USPS is EXTREMELY backed up right now due to the drastic increase in packages being sent for the holiday season. Please understand that I have no control over your package once I hand it off to the post office. I understand that it is frustrating to have to wait for delayed packages, but PLEASE do not fault me for how long your package spends in transit. -I do not ship untracked. Tracking information will always be available for you to check on Paypal. If for some reason you can't find your tracking number, please reach out to me and I will find it for you. -I do not charge Paypal fees or ask for payments via friends and family/gift. It is actually against Lace Market’s terms of use to do so! The price you see on the listing is the amount you will be invoiced for. -Allergy info: My home is smoke free and pet friendly. I have a cat. I keep my lolita in a closet that stays closed most of the time but cat fur has a way of sticking to everything to some extent when the cat is indoors 24/7. I will lint roll/launder garments before shipping if needed but please be aware in case you have severe allergies that finding a few cat hairs on your items is a possibility. -I use recycled boxes and bags for shipping whenever I can. It helps keep the cost of shipping lower for me which allows me to keep the cost of shipping low for you. Your package may not always be the prettiest on the outside, but it will always be secure. -I am usually open to payment plans on higher priced items. (around $250+) If you are interested in a payment plan, please message me to discuss the terms BEFORE clicking "buy it now". -I will NOT hold an item for you without any type of commitment on your end. You must officially commit to buy the listing. Even if you have bought from me before, I'm sorry but I can't make any more exceptions to this rule as too many people do not follow through with purchasing after I hold something for them. -Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. If I have to cancel a sale and re-list an item due to non-payment, I will give you a negative rating and I will refuse future sales to you. Any retaliatory feedback left for me will be reported to LM mods. I don’t want to ever have to do this so please do not commit to buy an item if you do not plan on paying for it. -No returns or refunds for buyer's remorse. This includes but is not limited to: •An item not fitting you. •An item not matching the outfit/coord you wanted it for. •Change of mind for any reason on your end. Once you (commit to) pay for the item, the item is yours and I cannot cancel the sale/refund you. -I will ONLY request money from the verified Paypal email address that is on file for your account, and I will ONLY ship to the address on file on your Paypal account. Please make sure that your info and address is correct BEFORE purchasing an item from me. I will NOT ship to an alternate address. No more exceptions! Please do not ask! This compromises my safety as a seller. -I usually ship purchased items out within 2-3 business days, but if I need more time I will let you know. Most items will be sent via USPS First Class by default unless requested otherwise (or too heavy). There will be an additional fee to upgrade a small/lightweight item to priority shipping, so please message me before buying to discuss this. -If you receive an item that is not as described, message me before you leave feedback so we can try to reach a solution you can be happy with. If you leave me a neutral/negative feedback without communicating with me first, I cannot help you. I will not refund you, I will refuse future sales to you, and I will leave you a neutral/negative feedback for you as well. -Please communicate with me. I am human and I am selling secondhand items. I'm not a business or a store. I will try my best to describe anything I sell honestly and thoroughly but it is possible that I may miss small defects when checking the item over. This is not done on purpose with malicious intent. If I make a mistake on my end (undisclosed damage, missing pieces that were not expected to be missing, etc) I will be more than happy to rectify it for you as long as you talk to me and can provide proof of undisclosed damage if needed. -I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays in delivery caused by the postal service. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, you will need to make a claim with whatever postal service it was shipped by (I only ship via USPS domestically but postal services for international sales will vary). I take as many precautions as I can such as wrapping delicate items and writing “fragile” or “do not bend/crush/etc” on the package. I take proof photos/videos of all of my items as they are being packaged up to be mailed just in case I ever need to prove the condition of an item as it is leaving my hands. -I do consider reasonable offers but I reserve the right to decline any offer. -I only accept payment via Paypal. -If you live in a country that is not the United States of America, please contact me for a shipping estimate before purchasing. I only offer fixed domestic shipping (within my own country) prices. Shipping from the USA internationally is, unfortunately, usually expensive. If you are from another country that is not the USA and you purchase an item from me without asking for a shipping estimate first, I will send you an invoice for the cost of the item plus the cost of shipping and you will be expected to pay it within the same 48 hour time frame as mentioned above, otherwise I will leave you negative feedback and refuse future sales to you. Please also keep in mind that you will also be responsible for any customs fees/import taxes/etc that you may incur. I will not reimburse you for any additional fees charged to you during shipment. -My rules are strict for good reasons. I have been scammed multiple times on multiple platforms and have lost hundreds of dollars in money and in merchandise. I also deal with a lot of time-wasters who will ask a million questions, ask for holds, etc and then never follow through on their end which robs me of my time. I am a really reasonable and understanding person as long as you communicate with me.
