Shipping Address: In order to ensure I receive seller protection for each transaction, I can only ship items to the address that's linked to the buyer's PayPal account. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct before you pay the invoice. If you want me to ship to a relative, friend, etc., please add that address to your PayPal account and mark it as your preferred address before paying the invoice. I am not responsible, nor will I reimburse buyers for, items that are delivered to the wrong address due to the buyer providing an incorrect PayPal address. Payment Time: Buyers must pay for their purchases no more than 24 hours after the date of purchase. If you are unable to pay within 24 hours, you must send me a PM before or shortly after purchase to request a hold (see below for details). Shipping: listed shipping rate is with standard USPS. To request another shipping method or the addition of insurance, please PM me for an estimate of the additional cost. Holds: any purchased item may be held for up to 6 weeks, as long as the buyer can specify a date that they will be able to make the payment. Failure to pay on the specified date will result in negative feedback being left. Measurements: I measure the items I sell by hand, with the garment lying flat on a table. Due to the fact that this measuring technique can’t account for the differences in individual body types and elastic/fabric sensitivities, I can never guarantee that a garment will comfortably fit, even if the buyer’s body measurements are a good match for the stated garment measurements. Because of these limitations, as well as the possibility of some degree of human error, in the measuring process, buyers must agree to accept that a dis-satisfactory garment fit will not be considered valid grounds for opening an “item not as described” case with PayPal. However, it is a valid reason for requesting to return an item (see the Returns section below). Returns: Buyers may return an item they're unhappy with, as long as the item has not been altered from the condition it was in when it sold. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and will be refunded for the item price only, not including the original cost of shipping. Feedback: I will leave feedback for buyers on the Sunday following the completion of the transaction. Buyers are asked to please request a resolution of any problems they encounter with a transaction before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
