This is the short all black one, in the matte fabric, not shiny. I'm selling because I would prefer the shiny one. Worn several times and washed once. It's kind of wrinkled from the wash but just needs to be ironed out. It hangs straight down without the belt and can be adjusted with it. The details are really beautiful and the lace has an adorable ribbon pattern. Good condition, nothing missing, belt included. More pics to come later.
