I adore this JSK (and the hairclip that's also new with tag), but even though I fit the measurements, my cup size made me very uncomfortable with the fit. I'm sure B cups or smaller it will fit fine, C cup might be iffy, but anything larger I would not recommend without alteration (or truly Not Caring about lolita fashion rules, which is valid! It'd be yours!!)
