This is a size medium JSK. The waist tie is included in this set, as well as the bonnet, headdress, and hair clip. I am the original owner of this set.
The fabric on the chest and skirt of the JSK is very glittery gold. I've worn this JSK multiple times and it's still in great condition. I've worn the headdress and hair clip a couple of times, the bonnet I've attempted to wear, but it's very flimsy and I never figured out how to have it properly sit on my head like it does on the mannequin head.
