its the NSG Lolita plaid jumperskirt again! Complete with the matching bow hairclip that never even unpacked
high-waist doesn't suit me, so this has only been tried on. basically New w/out tags
Lovely greys plaid with subtle dot sparkles and offwhite lace. This dress is ridiculously heavy, they did not skimp on the fabric for gathering all those skirt tiers!
The straps unbutton to change length, it is fully lined, much shirring in the back.
Did replace the strap buttons with different ones (they're shiny to match the sparkles)
