I bought this dress second hand and wore it once. It's been in storage for the rest of the time. I didn't notice any damages when checking it. It still is very glittery which is nice! Dress and waist ties are included.

Note: max bust size is listed as 89 on Lolibrary but it does have shirring and I know it has some flexibility (my bust has fluctuated between 92-95cm and had no issues)
