Worn by me only once for less than two hours over a blouse. I am not the first owner, so I don't know which release this is from. I added two buttons in the lining of the back shirring for the straps—once the shirring is stretched enough, the straps fall too far to the outside and will slip off your shoulders. I can also include two black elastic strap extenders.
Personally, I don't recommend maxing the shirring at the waist unless you don't care about the skirt flattening your petticoat in the back. Lolibrary's recommendation of 70cm-85cm waist seems accurate to me for not flattening out the skirt in the back, but ymmv. Can accommodate a bust up to 120cm, though that is *truly* maxing out the shirring.
