I bought this from Mercari Japan thinking it was a different colorway than navy...it's actually really hard to photograph! I only tried it on to make sure that when I find my preferred colorway it will fit if I ever find it. The skirt has a little bit of elastic that you can pull through and button to make it smaller but I'd say the 70cm max waist measurement on lolibrary is pretty accurate. Also YES it has a pocket!
