Partially shirred Alice and the Pirates skirt in red. This skirt works well with blacks and browns. It's very versatile and very cute, I just want it in the JSK instead. Bought off of Wunderwelt and only tried on. It still has WW tags on. I've included the WW link, however I fixed the tassels so they mostly lay flat (see photos).
