If a parcel is send back to me because the postal service f* up, I will resend it as soon it is delivered to me (which can take several weeks). *Private sales are not eglible for refunds or returns in case of loss or not liking the items. *If a parcel is stuck or doesn't move in the tracking I provide, I can phone the delivery company. But I don't have time to constantly monitor every parcel I send.
