Custom sized with shirring and waist ties

I bought this at the beginning of last year right before covid as a custom order. At the time i was only slightly bigger than their largest size, but I lost weight since then. They also used my measurements as their minimum measurements, so it's just way too big on me now.

The measurements are approximately:
Bust: 100-115cm
Waist: 80-100cm
Length: 105cm

It is brand new and unworn, but it came with no tags.
