Payment: • Payments must be made through PayPal. • Payment must be made within 48 hours (2 days). If you need an extension for an unforeseen circumstance, please message me and let me know ASAP. If you do not pay within 48 hours nor inform me that you need an extension, I will relist the item and leave negative feedback. • IMPORTANT: You will not be invoiced until you agree to the final price (including shipping) via Lace Market's messaging system. Please check your messages the same day you win the item. • I do accept holds. If you would like to hold an item, please message me. The maximum hold time is two (2) weeks. On or before the last day of the hold, please pay the agreed price in full. If you do not do so, the item will be relisted and I will leave negative feedback. • Your item will not be shipped unless you have paid the agreed price in full and it has cleared. • Refunds and returns are provided under very limited circumstances. Shipping: • Please make sure your PayPal address is correct. I will send the package to the address linked to your PayPal account. If you would like your package sent elsewhere, please add that address to your account and make it your preferred address prior to paying the invoice. I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to the buyer's mistake. • Prior to shipping, I do my best to ensure that the item is in the best condition in can possibly be, which may include washing it, checking it over for any damage or mistakes I may have missed, packaging it, and sanitizing it. This may take up to one week. If you need it sooner, please let me know ASAP. • I only ship on weekdays. I do not ship on weekends. • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please file a claim with the postal company. • I ship priority status only. All shipments come with insurance. I am not responsible for any customs fees. • If you live in California/CA, shipping will likely be $1-2 more expensive than the typical listed shipping price ($8).
