This was a homemade skirt I bought on Etsy many many years ago, it was my very first EGL piece. This skirt has an A-line shape and is a lovely iridescent red with velvety black roses, a whisper of lace trim, and a corset back (NO SHIRRING). This would pair great with a black or even white blouse and a smart black jacket. The FLAT measurements are 15 in (38 1/2 cm) for the HIGH-WAIST, skirt is around 24 in (60 cm) long.
