Hi there, I'm selling a High Collared Ruffle Blouse in White. I found a second one in my closet apparently! This one is brand new with tags and produced by a division of US Polo Assn Company. This blouse is 100% cotton and extremely well crafted. It buttons all the way to the top! The measurements are: Bust 35-36", Waist 26-29". I've had this blouse stored in my closet for some time so it is a bit wrinkly and needs some ironing. I hope it'll go to a nice home!
