Used briefly, including in the rain. The rods have been glued into their inserts to prevent them from going loose as that tends to happen otherwise (hence, the "modified" tag). As a result, there might be glue residue on the umbrella that I have overlooked, but didn't notice any when I was inspecting it.
The push button to open the umbrella has issues working properly (the umbrella might open by itself if the button isn't aligned properly) and sometimes might even come off.
This umbrella is quite large compared to other lolita fashion umbrellas, so shipping won't be cheap. But I will refund you the difference if the actual shipping fee is much lower than what I charged you.
