In excellent condition, only wore this piece for photos.

This piece has no shirring so please make sure the measurements will work for you! I've added a worn photo so you can see where the chest hits on the piece, as the chiffon pleated section sits mostly above the fullest part of the chest. Also, if you are looking at the photo of me in the dress, please be aware that I am 6ft tall! This piece is quite long. 

Comes with waist ties.
