Warning, this dress is hella heavy. You'll need a very sturdy petticoat or petticoats to get a good poof on this OP. I got it custom made awhile ago, I'm not really into it anymore and it's time to sell it to someone who will wear it more.
Comes with a big ole' hat and a very large bow. I think the bow is for the back of the dress but never used it tbh. I've only worn it once to ILD and the hat was only tried on.
When I got it made my measurements were 118cm bust, 110cm waist. The fit was a bit different then I expected so there's a bit of wiggle room.
