Bust: 96cm (lay-flat measurement); 91cm (by lacing up the back lace and waist ties) - 104cm (back shirring stretched maximumly)
Waist: 80cm (lay-flat measurement); 75cm (by lacing up the back lace and waist ties) - 88cm (back shirring stretched maximumly)!
In my opinion it fit almost loose on a 100 cm bust 89 cm waist. It can def go up or at least be comfortable on someone with 104cm bust and 90 cm waist.
The dress is in great condition, with some small frays near the back of the bow and side of dress *
* This is all the damage that I could notice from looking at it. Since there is a *lot* of fabric I want to emphasize that this is an armature inspection.
