New without tags - offbrand Hello Kitty OP originally sold at Torrid. I'm the first owner and bought it for the lulz but never got around to wearing it. It's fully lined and surprisingly nice quality, and it has a small built-in petticoat (which does hang out about an inch past the skirt as shown in the stock photo; you may want to trim it down).
SIZING: Torrid Size 12 is listed as 40-42" bust and 34-36" waist, and I would say this dress fits just about right. As you can see in my personal pic, the torso has a better length for Westerners than most lolita dresses do. The model in the stock photo appears to be wearing a larger size; there's more room for a proper petticoat under the skirt than it looks like there is on her.
