Cute skirt with suspenders from taobao brand Heather & Iris

A Captain America-theme skirted from taobao brand Heather & Iris. The skirt is really detailed and full of references to America's As----venger!

The buttons on the front are a bit loose from wear, but they are probably an easy fix. If you would like me to mend the buttons before shipping, I am happy to do so! Just let me know!

Flat measurement is 14" for the waistband, 23" skirt length. There is a small amount of shirring in the back as well as back lacing to pull the waist in more.

Suspenders are removable. The skirt can be worn with them or without.
