Old school Heart E skirt purchased from Closet Child.

Very roomy, poofs up well with a petticoat. Not recommended for taller lolitas.

Minor damage and stains but otherwise in good condition for its age. The worst is some lace tearing at the back of the skirt which can be easily repaired.
