Super cute skirt from Heart E purchased on Mercari. Unfortunately it doesn’t suit me very well but it’s in perfect condition and a really great piece for old school lolita. It’s got the Heart E Strawberry label and some really pretty heart eyelet lace on the bottom of the skirt. The waist is fully shirred so it’s quite stretchy!
