Very warm and comfy cutsew I bought from Wunderwelt almost 2 years ago - I've only tried it on to see how it would look with coords, but never wore it out. 
Measurements laid flat are bust 16.5" and waist 15.5", but I find it pretty stretchy and it could accommodate my 38" bust, 32" waist.
