This dress has worn twice and cleaned. It is in good condition and comes with detachable collar and bow. Is is an adorable dress and a great starter lolita item!
As stated above this dress was purchased new from Bodyline in 2011 and worn twice. It is in very good condition and comes with both the bow and collar.
I was unable to find the measurements for the OP (All I found was the JSK online and this one does not have the shirring that the JSK has)
It is a size small and I would say fits a maximum 36 bust and MAX 26-27 waist. These are amateur measurements since I cannot find any others online at all (I looked for a good 30mins on lolibrary and google search and all I could find was the skirt and JSK)
