I’m the first owner of this skirt. I’ve worn it three or four times since owning it. There are no obvious flaws from what I can tell on the skirt. There are a couple places on the waist ties that have marks where pins were put. I have these pictured. Otherwise, it’s in wonderful condition. I have many dogs in my home, but they aren’t allowed in my wardrobe; however, I can’t guarantee that everything will be 100% free from little doggie hairs.
