It has embroidery that you just don't see on lolita dresses frequently. 

It DOES contain the removable waist tie.
The max measurements for the bust is said to be 82 cm, my bust is 102 cm and it fits perfectly fine and has a little room. 

Free waist, so it will fit a plus sized lolita.

I am very short, and the dress is a little long on me so it should fit a tall lolita wonderfully. 

It is MINOR modification to the neckline -- I sewed the top frill down to the bottom one to make the neckline more attractive. I can take out the sewing if you like, but I personally think it improves the dress. 

DAMAGED: 

Stains, including arm pit stains. I am looking to sell this item fast, so I am not looking to wash it before sending it. I have discounted the item to include a trip to the cleaners to get out said stains and the inconvenience of having to do said trip. (I would price this at $75-$100 without the stains.)
