Happy Bell Ribbon Pinafore JSK with the matching barrette set from Metamorphose Temps De Fille.

Bought it it in last May in Osaka at a secondhand store called Near. Worn only once.
In fairly good condition despite the fact that it was released in 2013. Not sure if the dress was meant to be white but the dress I have is off-white. The colour is consistent all over so I don’t think it’s due to yellowing from old age. There is however, general signs of wear.

This set comes with bow barrettes, but the bow on the dress is sewn on. The material of the dress is very thin and light and ideal for summer. There is shirring on the back. The shirring is a little bit stretched so the dress is loose on me. There are waist ties to tighten. The straps have adjustable buttons to change the length. The dress is lined as well.

The waist tie button on the left was loose so I had to restitch the button on. The tugging of the waist tie by the previous owner caused the stitching around the button to form a tiny hole in the fabric but is covered by the button. The sewn on ribbon on the front of the dress is a little wonky too. But the ribbon could easily be stitched or starched to improve its form. Same for the ribbon on the barrette. The small buttons on the front of the dress are slightly loose as well but I didn’t stitch it on tighter as it didn’t bother me. Overall, no other signs of damage. No visible stains either.
