It is size S and incredibly comfortable.  The waist is free but can be tightened with the red ribbon that came with it. There are no flaws on the dress or ribbon. The dress has been hung to keep the delicate chiffon dress in great shape. I have only worn this once. It has everything it came with included (strawberry pin, ribbon.) it's only missing the tags.
