Handmade for a Christmas party and worn once, max bust 38" max waist 36" . Total length 31 1/2 from neckline to bottom. Straps are adjustable. Top is 9 inches skirt is 22 1/2. Top is lined skirt is not there is a zipper in it and some shirring there is a burn smudge near the zipper. I had very little fabric to make this dress (vintage from etsy) so the back is in solid fabric. I will include green ribbon if desired just let me know.
