White top hat decorated with soft colored roses.

Best suited for small-Medium heads. My head is around 57-58cm of circumference and it fits too tight.
Made this hat for a picnic once, never wore it again, have kept it for a while because it's too cute.
The tulle was already on the original hat. Hat material is straw or something, it's kinda stiff.
The flowers were glued on with a hot glue gun.

Would advice to purchase it with something else from my listing to combine shipping. The shape of the hat requires a box that increases shipping cost.
