Handmade skirt - plus size friendly
I purchased this secondhand on Mercari JP. I believe it is handmade, and there was little information provided. It is an Alice print fabric with 3 tiers and simple cotton lace at the bottom of each tier. It fit me a bit snugly at a 109cm waist, and did not provide room for a petticoat. The length is 49cm
