very cute but just isn't working in my wardrobe! handmade, but not by me; was made by the owner of the indie brand dreamy pebble, though as a personal piece and not a piece meant for the brand

ties closed in the front so it's somewhat flexible in size, but from someone else who tried it on, probably not the best for those with large shoulders. i have large upper arms and the elastic does dig in somewhat, but i can still wear it pretty comfortably
