Handmade skirt that I picked up secondhand. It is very simple. best flat measurement I can get is 15 to 21 inches for waist. Plan to ship USPS Flatrate box with tracking. I do have both a dog and cat at home but have had all items professionally cleaned prior to selling. All Pictures are prior to getting cleaned I am trying not to remove from the plastic cleaning bags until I ship them.
