Bought from Rufflecon in 2014 for around $30, selling since I now lean to gothic.. It's a well made skirt with 3 tiers and lining, and stiff material on the waistband, made of a medium-thickness cotton. The bow can be detached. No damages.
Waist stretches to about 106 cm. Length is approx 50 cm.
