Handmade fully elastic waist black cotton with white cotton lace skirt. Very stretchy. Will fit 28 inches up to 45 inches comfortably. This is pretty linty/dusty from sitting a long time in a box, it will be cleaned before it's mailed out.
I do have rabbits, and their fur may get on things. Please be aware if you have allergies.
